Chris Hemsworth wraps Ghostbusters, says he has ‘never laughed so much’

Chris Hemsworth has finished answering phone calls on Sony’s Ghostbusters reboot, in which the Thor star is playing against type as a receptionist to Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon’s team of paranormal exterminators.

Hemsworth posted a behind-the-scenes photo Friday afternoon announcing that he’d “just wrapped” the Paul Feig-directed action-comedy, adding that he “Had a blast. Never laughed so much in my life.”

Though Hemsworth is best known as a hammer-swinging hunk, the Australian actor has been branching out into comedy too; he most recently portrayed a well-endowed weatherman in Warner Bros.’ Vacation reboot.
