Victor Frankenstein is an upcoming American 2015 American science fiction horror film based on contemporary adaptations of Mary Shelley’s 1818 novel Frankenstein. It is directed by Paul McGuigan and written by Max Landis. Starring James McAvoy as the title character and Daniel Radcliffe as Igor, the film is expected to be released by 20th Century Fox on November 25, 2015.
Plot. Told from Igor’s perspective, it shows the troubled young assistant’s dark origins, his redemptive friendship with the young medical student Victor Frankenstein, and become eyewitnesses to the emergence of how Frankenstein became the man who created the legend we know today. The two’s experiments eventually get them into trouble with the authorities and they are near to becoming fugitives as they complete their goals to use science to create life, with Frankenstein’s ultimate endgame of creating a man.
